MAREMMA “a dream that has become reality”. In the high Maremma on the first hills behind the sea, from where you can see as far as the Isle of Elba and Capraia, is Suvereto, an ancient medieval town, dominated by the sixteenth-century stronghold of the Aldobrandeschi family, and on the hills opposite there is the 'COL DI NOCCIOLI' estate of Suvereto, 55 hectares of land that has a strong tradition of oil and wine production.
This oil is obtained from the pressing of hand-picked olives from Frantoio, Leccino and Moraiolo variety plants.
