In conjunction with Food Service Barilla and Veronelli EV, the “EnteFiere di Verona-Vinitaly” celebrates the colours and flavours of Italian cuisine. The finest European chefs are brought together to put their own interpretations onto our traditions. There are six dishes, one for each nation represented. Chef Josè De La Iglesia, from Switzerland selects the Gruccione and presents "Campanelle Chef Barilla with coregone fish and perch from Lake Lemano on a tomato and thyme coulis.
